Offering services to assist with making a claim for compensation this is ‘no win, no fee’ so no hard sales involved. Hours are 11.30am – 8.30pm Mon – Thurs, 11.30am – 8.00pm Fri
Plus 1 Saturday in 4. Excellent opportunity with training provided so previous experience not essential although previous sales experience preferred.

| Description | Customer Services Administrator required for permanent position with established manufacturing company. Based in Ipswich and working in the customer services team you will be responsible for processing UK orders, providing stock availability information using MFG/PRO and rectifying order discrepancies. You will also be expected to analyse and manipulate data so strong IT skills including excel formulas essential. The successful candidate will also have previous customer services experience, ideally from within a manufacturing environment. Hours are 8.30am - 5pm, Mon - Fri with 1 hour lunch break. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and company supported pension scheme.
