Customer Service Agent required for immediate start in Stowmarket. Main duties to involve providing customers with support and problem solving and achieving solutions to any outstanding issues. Ideal candidate will have good communication and customers service skills both face to face and over the telephone, good IT skills and an ability to listen to customers and deal with their issues and concerns. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and working knowledge of any national government legislation, regulations or guidelines an advantage.
